Drag and Drop

Our mission

To develop innovative experimental and bioinformatic frameworks for understanding host-microbe interactions in human health and disease.

A few things that we are going on

The research group has two key biological and two technological components, which are well linked between each other to support the overall mission of the group

The human genome

to identify genetic risk factors that contribute to disease
susceptibility, progression and response to retreatment.

The Gut microbiome

to identify which reside in the human gut and how their
interactions with host’s genome and environment contribute to human health

Big data

our research leaveages large-scale, multidimentional omics data and cutting-edge bioinformatic tools

Biotechnology

our research engages state-of-art biotechnologies, such as organ-on-a-chip and molecular technologies, for molecular biology studies.
